In the storm of leaving town
I anchored here I rooted down
I am the storm it's from within
so I'll lean in to this fearsome wind
I’ll find my way under it's skin
I’ll let it take me by the hand
I'll stare it down I'll take a stand
and when I feel it stir again
I'll be ready to face the rain
to go against the hurricane.
