Mother's Day Talk with Anita Klein - MOVED TO ONLINE...

Lauderdale House 22 March 2020
Lauderdale House

SADLY WE HAVE HAD TO CANCEL THIS EVENT. BUT WE HAVE MADE A SPECIAL FILM OF ANITA INTRODUCING THE SHOW AND TALKING ABOUT WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A MOTHER AND AN ARTIST, WHICH WE'LL BE LAUNCHING ON MOTHER'S DAY. DO REGISTER WITH US OR HEAD TO OUR FILMS PAGE TO SEE THE RECORDING.

Being a mother and a grandmother is a cornerstone to Anita Klein’s work. She derives much joy from both roles, and she transmits that happiness and tenderness into her depictions of maternal relationships. This exhibition runs through Mothering Sunday, so Anita will be giving a talk focusing mainly on the theme of maternal caregiving and its influence on her work throughout the years. If you would like to attend this free talk, please RSVP to [email protected] as places are limited.

The talk will start at 11:30am
