All unframed work is available to buy on our website at the listed price, which includes VAT where applicable. You can also visit our Gallery, Print Room and Studio to view work and buy in person.
Paying in Installments
We offer interest-free payment plans on a case-by-case basis. To discuss what works for you please contact us. We are also members of Own Art, a national programme that makes buying contemporary art affordable by providing interest-free loans for the purchase of original work. Please get in touch if you are interested in purchasing work with the Own Art scheme.
Delivery and Collections
We aim to dispatch all unframed orders within one week. Please get in touch if you require your artwork by a certain date.
Work can also be collected in person. We will let you know once your artwork is ready for collection. Collections are by appointment from our Tanner Street Studio unless otherwise arranged.
Please note that purchased work held by us for more than six months may be stored offsite, in which case we will need a week's notice to retrieve this and have it ready for collection. We may apply storage fees of £20 per week for works not collected after 6 months. We are entitled to retain items until these storage fees have been paid.
UK Delivery
All orders are fully insured and sent at the risk of Eames Fine Art. Once your order has been dispatched we will provide you with tracking details.
We provide free shipping on all domestic orders of unframed work on paper where the work can be safely rolled and transported in a tube. Where unframed work cannot be rolled and requires a crate, a flat-pack or an individual courier then shipping costs will be applied on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that unframed artworks that are sold as part of a sale or auctions will be subject to a delivery charge.
Delivery costs for framed work (including paintings and sculptures) are worked out on a case-by-case basis and our team will be in contact to make these arrangements with you.
International Orders of Unframed Work
Delivery outside of the UK: £80
You may be liable to pay local taxes and fees on imported work. Usually your country will have a website or customs office that can provide you with the relevant information. Unfortunately we are not able to determine in advance what these costs might be.
Framing
We offer high quality framing using archival materials. We are happy to discuss framing options with you by email, over the phone or in-person by appointment.
Please note that framing can take up to 6 weeks from the date of purchase. If you require a faster turnaround, please do get in touch to discuss this with us.

Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be delighted with your artwork, and we're here to support you throughout your buying experience.
However, if you purchase artwork in person at Eames Fine Art, please note that we reserve the right not to offer a refund unless the artwork has been damaged due to our negligence, is inauthentic, or doesn't match its description. You may be offered a credit note for returned artworks by agreement where considered appropriate by Eames Fine Art.
The details below explain how cancellations and returns work for distance purchases, such as those made online or remotely.
Changing Your Mind (Online & Distance Purchases)
If you have purchased artwork online or through any distance-selling method, you're free to change your mind:
-
Any time before collection or delivery, or
-
Within 14 days after your artwork arrives.
Just let us know in writing that you'd like to cancel, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
(Business buyers may only return artwork if it has been damaged due to our negligence, is inauthentic, or doesn't match its description.)
Returning Artwork After a Change of Mind
If you're returning artwork simply because you've changed your mind:
-
You'll need to cover the cost of return packaging, insurance, and shipping.
-
We'll confirm the correct return address for you.
-
Once the artwork arrives back with us in the same condition it was sent, we'll issue a full refund within 14 days to your original payment method minus the cost of delivery.
Your statutory consumer rights always remain protected.
If You've Already Received the Artwork
If you cancel after delivery, we kindly ask that you do not open the packaging unless we ask you to. Opening it can increase the risk of avoidable damage.
If any damage occurs after delivery, and it wasn't caused by us, we may need to make a deduction from the refund to reflect this.
Checking for Damage
To make sure we can resolve any issues smoothly:
-
Check the packaging as soon as your artwork arrives.
If it appears significantly damaged, please contact us within 3 working days, before opening it. -
Once we've confirmed you can proceed, open the packaging and inspect the artwork.
Please report any issues within 3 working days of opening.
After these timeframes, we may not be able to accept claims, except in cases of inauthenticity or the artwork not matching its description.
Authenticity Concerns
Authenticity is extremely important to us.
If you have any concerns, please consult a certified art appraiser and notify us. Any authenticity claim must be made within 3 years of purchase.
Sending Artwork Back
If we authorise a return, we'll confirm this in writing. After that:
-
Please send the artwork back within 30 days, and
-
Only return items once we've given written approval, so everything is clear, secure, and fully insured.
Refunds
Once the artwork is returned in the same condition as originally described:
-
We'll provide a full refund of the total amount paid minus delivery costs.
-
Depending on the circumstances, we may also arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping and insurance costs (with receipts).
-
Any consultancy fees can be reused for selecting another artwork or refunded.
Refunds are made to the same account used for the original payment.
