'Patience' - a collaboration with the poet Samuel Mosley Webb on a beautiful boxed set of artworks and Sam's poem contemplating the stillness of life during lockdown.

'Casting Light on Old Shadows, Eton College' - a stunning portfolio of work Lucy created during her artist in residency at Eton College in 2018.

'V&A Cast Court' - Striking and powerful new works inspired by the cast courts at the V&A.

Lucy and Sam were paired with each other when their names were pulled randomly from a hat on 24th June 2020 for the project A Common Place, which was devised and organised between Eames Fine Art and the 26 Writers Group.

The Common Place was conceived to bring artists and writers - previous strangers - to work together: sharing stories and their experiences of how theycoped with the limitations of lockdown during the pandemic.

It was a project about connection and collaboration; about being creative and expanding our world during a time of isolation and constraint. Many of the relationships formed between writers and artists were intense and meaningful and people found that the experience of working with someone new was inspirational and the resluts exciting.

You can watch the beautiful film, 'Joined Up Thinking', which Mike Southon made about the project HERE.  Or view the resulting work from the project HERE

Lucy and Sam's collaboration was a great success and their piece, On Perception of Shadows was poignant and extremely beautiful. After the project was completed, Sam and Lucy continued to meet up and talk about their work. They met in their favourite parks across London and discussed their ideas and inspirations, and eventually they began working on a second collaboration: Patience.

The artworks and poems from Patience are available to purchase either individually, or as a very limited and beautiful portfolio set.
